About Us
The idea of opening a Japanese restaurant in Polignano a Mare stems from the tremendous passion for Japanese cuisine and the awareness of having raw materials available in our area with few equals. The continuous research for the choice of products has led us to favour our fish, our vegetables, our fruits, and our land. The meeting with our chefs created the magic of Puro, a place where you can savour authentic Japanese cuisine with fresh, zero-kilometre ingredients. From this magical encounter are born our sashimi, sushi, and many hot dishes, soups, and fine cuts of Japanese meat. Particular attention has been paid to the cellar: alongside Japanese beers and the ever-present sake, the card offers a huge variety of wines, sparkling wines and champagne, with a vast selection of organic wines.
