About Us

The Il Quadrifoglio pizzeria was born in 1997 from the tremendous passion for the Bari restaurant of its founder, Riccardo. His will was to create a place that would last over time. And so it was. The Quadrifoglio, to date, is recognized by all for the quality of the products, typically from Puglia, for the speed of the service and the maniacal care of the customers. Good cooking involves transforming raw materials into the highest quality finished product, made with simplicity, genuineness and love. The four-leaf clover is the perfect combo of flour, water and passion. There are different ways of doing things, but pizza does not allow compromises! At our pizzerias in Bari and Polignano a Mare, we make pizza using only quality Italian flour and ingredients capable of enhancing the taste of every single bite. Our "must": a rich and varied starter proposal that knows no bounds! We mainly use seasonal and typically Apulian products. Our pizza stands out for its more than 50 hours of natural leavening and carefully choosing flours that make it light, crunchy and digestible.
