The "Al Barone" restaurant takes its name from the street, the birthplace of an illustrious man who also became bishop of the Diocese of Ruvo di Puglia, Baron Bartolomeo Gamdadoro. The cuisine is personally supervised by the owner, ranging from typical dishes re-evaluating the ancient flavours, such as the mountain pancetta, the laine chickpeas and cod, the exquisite ncapriata of broad beans and wild chicory or the classic grilled tortellini. For the more demanding, fish and game specialities are also offered, accompanied by wine tasting that the Barone's wine shop offers.
