About Us
The project of "A La Villa pizzeria", located in the village of Soverato Superiore, began to take shape in the summer of 2017 when after an experience in the world of catering, I began to get passionate about research and experimentation through the choice of materials and the discovery of new combinations. Thanks to a series of training courses and many hours behind the wood oven, in August 2018, I started this new adventure. Over the months, I have decided to combine the classic round pizzas with new creations with new textures and structures, experimenting in the field that innovation learned in the various courses I attended. Since that day, I have always been on the lookout for new tastes, experimenting with doughs and never neglecting to research raw materials among the excellence of the territory, following the seasonality of the products and the rhythms of nature.
