About Us

The seafaring tradition linked to the excellent quality of the cuisine of Chef Pietro Sardo makes the La Bettola restaurant in Mazara del Vallo one of the most renowned restaurants in Italy. The menu is dominated by fresh fish caught daily and cooked according to original recipes. The latter are personalized by chef Antonio Sardo, son of Pietro, a sailor by lineage, and keep the freshness of the raw materials intact. A harmony of the senses is completed with the pairing of wines from the 200 Italian labels available.
