A restaurant with a refined taste is born, an aesthetic that recalls literary cafés and, simultaneously, a profoundly Lucanian origin. The typical product begins a culinary journey that the guest can experience in this welcoming place and at home, taking away a "piece" of Lucanian gastronomy. The research activity aimed at promoting and making known the food and wine excellences of the Lucanian land is the basis of this project, which is a continuous succession of discoveries and experiments. The typical cuisine undergoes national and international contaminations, which help to enhance its peculiarities and, at the same time, make it innovative and playful. The transformation of the usual product respects its organoleptic properties and tends to strengthen it so that it speaks for itself as the sole protagonist of the dishes.
