The menu of the Torre d’Argento Restaurant follows the colors of the season, to bring out the flavours of Tuscany. From Mugello meats to raw scampi, from burrata to ribollita croquettes, from ricciola sausages to caldaro soup. Our menu also includes vegetarian and vegan options, in addition to a kids’ menu.
