From one of the many trips to France, the idea of creating a gastronomic place was born to merge the gastronomic cultures of two apparently distant places. Following Caterina de Medici's footsteps and the Monsù of the court of Ferdinand I of Bourbon, King of the Two Sicilies, Lucan and French cuisine mix and, merging, create a new culinary world, but strongly influenced by tradition.
