There is an old mailbox outside the Sotto Sale tavern. There is a blue door that reminds you that we are on an island in the middle of the Mediterranean. There are white tables and chairs with slightly peeling paint. There is the saltiness of time that heartens the soul. Here the cuisine is based on fresh fish, simple and transparent like seawater. We choose it in the morning and serve it at lunch and dinner with Monograno pasta, or we fry it; it depends on what we find and feel. You come to feel good; we'll take care of the rest.
