A chef with a strong, playful personality, Simonato often leaves his kitchen to entertain guests in the dining room with his enthusiastic chatter and non-stop jokes. Following years in the Navigli district, the restaurant has now moved to one of Milan’s most elegant neighbourhoods, just a stone’s throw from Sempione park.
