The Locanda del Gobbo Nero is a cuisine that plays on flavours and the meticulous choice of local, fresh and seasonal raw materials simply and naturally, interpreting tradition without distorting it. The Locanda del Gobbo Nero Experience" is a journey into Tuscan flavours and traditions, during which each course will be paired with the most suitable wine to enhance its organoleptic qualities. The proposal includes various dishes, among which we find the Chianina carpaccio on fresh seasonal salad, parmesan and lemon vinaigrette, extra virgin olive oil I.G.P. of the Tenuta e Donna Pupa, Brut Champenoise 2019, or even the handmade Pappardelle with white wild boar ragù and I.G.T.
