The cuisine of Ristoro degli Angeli is inspired by the Italian gastronomic tradition, with particular attention to the tremendous Roman classics such as cacio e pepe in a Parmigiano crust, amatriciana and carbonara. The menu varies according to the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring freshness and authenticity in the dishes offered. All the pasta is homemade, with specialities such as ravioli with seasonal fillings and condiments, gnocchi, cannelloni and, on weekends, fresh-boned fish soup. There is also great attention to vegetarian cuisine, with veg meatballs and vegetarian palettes. Even the desserts and bread are prepared on-site, with proposals such as Contrasto degli Angeli and cacio e pepe bread.
