The myth of the Serenissima can be found in every corner of the restaurant, revealing a romantic soul. Framed between the ancient column and the palace’s original ceilings, there are unique pieces of great scenic effect. For instance, the gilded mirrors or the cardinal red sofa, which is dominated by the Hostaria’s true protagonists: the precious portraits by Tintoretto, painted between the 16th and 17th centuries.

Using seasonal products from the Venetian lagoon, mainly fish and vegetables, we create dishes that are inspired by tradition but refined by an unmistakable creative touch.
