About Us
Starting from the simple ingredients of classic Italian cuisine, our chef has been able to reinterpret our culinary art in the typical buzzing style of The Hive hotel. We will cross the Bel Paese from North to South pausing in the Eternal City, to savor the first courses of the Roman tradition. Our restaurant is open every day on the fifth floor of the hotel, where you can also enjoy our 1.800 s.m. terrace overlooking the Basilica of Saint Mary the Major.
