400 Gradi Pizzaioli Veraci was born from an idea of Andrea Godi and Francesco Cassiano, who wanted to mix experiences, passion, and techniques developed and matured in recent years to expand the culinary offer of the Neapolitan pizza world. An important characteristic for our restaurant is the presence of a highly innovative gas oven, an aspect that honors us with a world-class "title" and the recognition of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association.
